Working at IOTA

IOTA is a small, entrepreneurial organisation where flexibility, collaboration and initiative are highly valued. While every role has a clear focus, we work together to achieve shared goals and continually strengthen the organisation for the future.

We value:

  • Curiosity over hierarchy.
  • Relationships over transactions.
  • Initiative over bureaucracy.
  • Generosity over competition.
  • Collaboration over ego.
  • We’re professional without becoming institutional.
  • We encourage ideas, support experimentation, and trust people to take ownership of their work.

We are custodians of an idea that is larger than any one person, project or festival. Our role is to nurture it, share it and leave it stronger for those who follow.

If this resonates with you and you’re excited by building something with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
