Roopa Mehta

Roopa Mehta is the President of World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO). She is the CEO of Sasha Association for Craft Producers, a Fair-Trade Social Enterprise and the Secretary of Sarba Shanti Ayog (SSA) its associate development organisation providing business support and market access for sustainable livelihoods to artisan groups based in rural communities and semi urban areas in West Bengal.

She is on the Boards of Sadhna, (handicrafts and income augmentation programme of Seva Mandir, Udaipur); the Managing Trustee of Ruro Agro Services Association; and the All India Artisans and Craftpersons Association (AIACA).
