Epica Jewellery

Epica Jewellery is a Kenyan brand that makes African jewellery with a modern touch. Epica Jewellery pieces aim to boost women’s confidence and make them stand out and truly feel special.

The designs are reflected in the brand name, they are truly Epic African. The intricate beadwork forms pieces that can be worn to elevate any look. Characterised by a bold statement, the pieces are not something one can shy away from.

"We are ensuring that African culture is celebrated through our jewellery throughout the world. We have been featured in various publications i.e the Daily Nation, The Standard, Taifa Leo, True Love Magazine and Schick magazine based in Lagos and as a brand we were privileged to be part of a British Council Program called Creative DNA where we got the honor to be part of the panel discussion with Fashion Scout for London Fashion Week 2020."

Founder Sharon Wendo learnt beading skills while on internship with the Kenyan Youth Empowerment project. Initially, she did not think it was going to be a viable career path as she was seeking other job opportunities. However after three months as a school receptionist, she realised that it was where her true passion lies and thus it was worth a shot, consequently her brand Epica Jewellery was born.
